Andrew T. Horne

Andrew has over 40 years experience working in the field of drugs and alcohol, from the front line to an executive director. He is passionate that people who use drugs and alcohol are people and not defined by their problems, and that the current drug laws and policies are not fit for purpose. Andrew has set up a range of complex community, rehab and digital services, and is currently an advisor to the Scottish government, having given significant input to the current Rights, Respect and Recovery Strategy.
