Visit our Harm Reduction Hub

Based in Aldgate, London, our community drop-in centre provides harm reduction advice, supplies, and signposting to further support.

We’re open Monday to Thursday, 2pm to 5pm

Tea and coffee provision

Nitazenes test strips, xylazine test strips, and fentanyl test strips 
Safer sex supplies 
Needles, syringes, and other injection-related items 
Safer drug consumption items for other routes of administration
